Scenix SSR - Createx clearcoat - water-based
Scenix SSR Clears are industrial grade clear coats made using a hybridized acrylic urethane.
- Resistant to yellowing
- Superior durability and chemical resistance. Resin contains aliphatic urethane.
- Extremely good adhesion. Our best plastic adhesion promoter.
- Not corrosive. Because these clearcoats do not degrade other materials, they are compatible with a wide variety of substrates, composites, and coatings.
Scenix SSR Clears Preparation and Mixing
SSR Clears can be diluted with Reducer 4011. Addition between 2% -10% vol.
The addition of 4011 creates a higher gloss level in the end result of the coating.
Stir in the reducer and whisk, do not use a magnetic stirrer. Let the mixed SSR Clears rest for approx. 10 minutes before spraying.
