5092 Flexible Adhesion Promoter (flexible primer promoter)
Primer for latex, Lexan, flexible plastics, vinyl, leather etc.

Colorless, water-based primer, which is very adhesive, and enables the Createx Bloodline Colors or other water-based colors to adhere to flexible surfaces (latex, flexible plastics, leather, vinyl, etc.) without peeling or tearing.

• The Flexible Adhesion Promoter is applied directly to the background for this purpose.
• The promoter is a rather viscous mass that can be injected with the 4011 reducer.
• Pre-treatment is not necessary. 5092 dries to a clear tacky film with very strong adhesion.
• Avoid applying the primer that is too dry or too wet.
• Apply two medium coats of the 5092 directly to the surface and let each coat dry for 10-15 minutes.
• Then apply the colors after 20 minutes at the earliest, but within 24 hours.
• When working on a flexible substrate, it is important to apply the paint in many thin layers in order to obtain a strong paint film that does not splinter or peel off.
• 5092 can also be mixed with paints and applied directly. 5092 is added about 25% by volume to the colors, which are then diluted by 5% - 10% with 4011 Reducer.
• If enough coats of paint are applied, the tack is lost.
• Please experiment with mixing ratios and drying times.
