Try your hand at monochrome painting. Monochrome colors black, white, red chalk and sepia give the drawings vitality, liveliness and expressiveness. Lightened with white and darkened the shadows with black, this is an old tradition of figurative drawing from the Renaissance. Pitt Monochrome chalks take up this old tradition of figurative drawing, which is why the chalks are harder for drawing than conventional pastel chalks. When the color is smudged, the lines do not completely dissolve. The red chalk and sepia crayons are supplemented by grease-free and greasy crayons for details and lines.
