Use our Gris GRY tones for your grisaille painting and create pictures that are based on pure shadow effects. Use Deep Black and Extreme White as absolute color values.

To color your work of art, use the basic colors of the CMYK series in conjunction with the stretcher for the transparent setting of the colors.

In order to increase the transparency of the colors, the desired transparency can be achieved by infinitely adding the stretchers without affecting the quality of the color, such as adhesion or erasability. The stretcher should be used as a thinner, especially in custom painting.

Tip for the stretcher:

If too much of the reducer is added to smooth surfaces (metal, model construction, etc.), the paint is overstretched and loses its adhesive properties. On paper & canvas as a painting surface, overstretching the color is not so tragic. We therefore recommend using the stretchers on smooth surfaces.

Tip for Reduce & Clean

The reducer with a maximum addition of 15% can be used for dilution and thus to improve the flow properties. This also equalizes the brushstroke. The medium
can also be used on its own to clean your airbush.
