AutoBorne Sealer | Grundierung
The Createx AutoBorne Sealers are water-based primers.
Both water-soluble and solvent-based base and intermediate coats can be applied to the sealer. The AutoBorne Sealers are easy to apply, quick-drying, self-leveling and can be sanded dry. Sanding is not necessary for the adhesion properties of the following coats of paint. The AutoBorne Sealers have been optimized for the subsequent application of Wicked Colors, and all other commercially available paints can also be used for further application, regardless of whether they are water- or solvent-based.

Für welche Untergründe ist der AutoBorne Sealer als Grundierung geeignet?
Der Createx AutoBorne Sealer ist als Grundierung direkt nutzbar für die vielseitigsten Untergründe, ausgenommen Silikon.

Der AutoBorneSealer lässt sich auf alle Untergründe direkt auftragen, ausgenommen Metall. Bei blanken Metallen empfehlen wir den Createx UVLS-Clear als Direkte-Metall-Grundierung (DTM - PRIMER) einzusetzen.
Welche Menge benötige ich für 1m² Fläche?
Durchschnittlich lassen sich mit einer Gallone (3,8l) 37m² bedecken, das entspricht ca 100ml für 1m² Fläche.
Lackieren den Sealer mit einer Überlappung des jeweils folgenden Sprühstrahls von 50%. Im Vergleich zu anderen Createx Farben kann der Sealer satter, mittelnass aufgetragen werden. Lasse die Grundierung vor dem Überstreichen oder Auftragen von Createx-Farbe matt trocknen. AutoBorne Sealer deckt in der Regel nach 2 Schichten.
Kann ich den AutoBorne Sealer mit der Airbrush nutzen? Oder brauche ich eine Lackierpistole?
Der AutoBorne Sealer läast sich als Grundierung mit der Airbrush ab Düsengröße 0,5mm mit einem Arbeitsdruck von 1,7- 2,1 bar verarbeiten. Teste mit welchem Verdünnungsverhältnis von Sealer & Createx Reducer 4011 Du den besten Sprühstrahl erhälst. Den AutoBorne Sealer kannst Du mit bis zu 20% mit dem Reducer 4011 bei Nutzung mit der Airbrush-Pistole verdünnen. Beim Einsatz einer Lackierpistole (Arbeitsdruck: 1,2-1,7bar) ist ein geringeres Verhältnis ausreichend. Vermeide eine Übermäßige Verdünnung, um die Haftund der Grundierung nicht zu beeinträchtigen.
