Payment and dispatch

A. Shipping costs and information:

As standard, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped by DHL, Deutsche Post, DPD or a forwarding agency. The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the table below.

If you want to ship to another country, please write us an email before ordering ([email protected]) and tell us the article, quantity and delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about shipping options and costs in advance.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within the German mainland and German islands, the shipping costs are 4.90 euros.
From a gross goods value of 49.00 euros, we ship free of charge throughout Germany.

For cash on delivery we charge a uniform fee of 6.90 euros.

Bulky goods surcharge: For items that are larger than 120x60 cm, we charge a surcharge of 25.00 euros per delivery address in addition to the specified shipping costs. This is indicated separately on the respective product page.

Forwarding shipping: We only send items that must not be tipped (especially oil compressors) by forwarding agency. For this we charge a surcharge of 49.00 euros per delivery address. This is indicated separately on the respective product page.

Dispatch of Profiline Stencils: Orders that only contain Profiline Stencils are sent by mail. For this, the shipping costs per delivery are EUR 2.80. From a gross goods value of 49.00 euros, we ship free of charge throughout Germany.

II. Shipping outside of Germany

We deliver to the following countries:

Dispatch of Profiline Stencils: Orders that only contain Profiline Stencils are sent by mail. For this, the shipping costs per delivery are EUR 7.50. From a gross goods value of EUR 49.00, we ship free of charge worldwide.

Forwarding shipping: We only send items that must not be tipped (especially oil compressors) by forwarding agency. This is indicated separately on the respective product page.

For this we charge a surcharge of 69.00 euros (Austria / Switzerland / Belgium / Luxembourg / Netherlands / France / Liechtenstein) or 129.00 euros (Bulgaria / Denmark / Estonia / Finland / Greece & Islands / Italy / Ireland / Lithuania / Latvia / Monaco / Norway / Poland / Portugal / Romania / Sweden / Slovakia / Slovenia / Spain / Czech Republic / Hungary)

III. Information on delivery to third countries:

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). II. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Prepayment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 3 (three) days, stating the purpose. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by email as part of the order processing. When paying by bank transfer, we grant a 2% discount on the gross value of the respective order. The customer bears the full amount of any bank charges incurred, in particular for international transfers.

2. PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:

A. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
B. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
C. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, it is not necessary to set up a PayPal account.
D. You will then be redirected back to us

3. Cash on delivery

You pay on delivery to the transport company commissioned by us, which is authorized to receive the amount of money to be paid by you. Please note that we also charge a uniform cash on delivery fee of 6.90 euros for cash on delivery.

7. Cash on collection

You pick up the goods yourself and pay on site in cash or by EC card. We will first inform you by email that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can pick up the goods at the following address:

pick up. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
