1. Return from Germany
Please put a slip of paper with your surname, first name and / or order number in the package and hand it in at the nearest DHL acceptance point.
2. Return from Austria
Please put a slip of paper with your surname, first name and / or order number in the package and hand it in at the Austrian post office.
3. Returns from other EU countries
Please send us your return request by email to email@example.com or using our contact form.
We will then contact you to discuss the best possible return method.
4. Returns within the statutory withdrawal period:
You can return the article (s) within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.
For this we offer you our free return service.
Please repack the article (s) in the additional shipping box and cushion the goods if necessary.
