Accessibility Statement

1) Introduction

We are pleased to welcome you to our website and thank you for your interest. Below you will find information on the accessible use of our online services.

We provide information on:

  • what content and functions you can expect on this website,
  • how to use this content and the available functions,
  • what options for accessible use are available, and
  • which authority is responsible for monitoring accessibility on this website.

2) Website Content and Functions

This website is an online shop for selling goods. Goods are physical items. The products presented can be added to a virtual shopping cart and subsequently ordered and paid for.

The website features a header and footer menu. The header menu lists the product categories and allows direct access to individual products. Each product has a detailed page with essential information, contents, and total price. Products can be added to the shopping cart from there.

Once at least one product has been added to the shopping cart, the electronic shopping cart can be accessed from the header menu. From there, the electronic ordering process can be initiated and completed.

The footer menu provides links to the imprint with our contact details, information on legal terms of the online shop, shipping and payment options, and other helpful service pages.

3) Instructions for Using the Website and Its Functions

3.1 Virtual Buttons

This website can be operated using virtual buttons.

3.2 Home, Overview, and Product Pages

On the homepage, a selection of offered products is displayed. Interaction with a product presentation leads to the product detail page.

In the header menu, you can navigate between different product categories. Selecting a category leads to an overview page showing all products in that category.

Clicking a product on the overview page will take you to the product detail page. These pages provide all essential information, the total price, quantity selection (if available), and the add-to-cart button.

If available, the desired order quantity can be set using the quantity selection.

3.3 Electronic Shopping Cart

Clicking the add-to-cart button adds the product (in the selected quantity) to the electronic shopping cart. The cart can be accessed at any time via the header menu.

You can review the products in your cart and remove or adjust quantities if necessary.

3.4 Electronic Ordering Process

After reviewing your cart, you can proceed to complete the ordering process using the provided buttons. You will first be asked to enter your contact information (at least name, email, and shipping/billing address).

In the next step, you can choose available delivery options. Finally, select a payment method, enter the necessary payment information, and complete your order.

The order is only binding when you click the final confirmation button, which may be labeled "Buy," "Buy Now," "Place Order with Obligation to Pay," or similar. You can navigate back at any time using the browser's "Back" button or cancel the process.

If you choose an online payment method, you will be redirected to the payment provider’s system to complete the transaction.

4) Legal Accessibility Requirements
