Orders & Shipping

When do we ship?

We usually ship within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. During periods of high demand or new product launches, slight delays may occur.

Please note that no shipping takes place on the following public holidays:
New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Labor Day, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, German Unity Day, Reformation Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.

Where is my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to check the status of your shipment with the carrier at any time.

Where can I redeem my voucher?

You can redeem your voucher directly in the shopping cart:

1. Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
2. Scroll down to the "Redeem Voucher" field in the cart.
3. Enter your voucher code and click "Redeem".
4. The voucher value will be deducted directly from your total.

Notes:

• Vouchers can only be used once per order.
• Vouchers generally cannot be applied retroactively.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers, unless explicitly allowed.
• Discounted items may be excluded from voucher use, depending on the voucher terms.

Value Vouchers:

• It is technically not possible to redeem two value vouchers in a single order.
• If you wish to purchase an Airbrush set or similar products using multiple vouchers, please contact us via the contact form.

Vouchers and their validity

• Vouchers are only valid according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.
• They cannot be applied retroactively.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be combined in a single order unless explicitly allowed.
• The legal validity of value vouchers is the calendar year of purchase plus three additional full calendar years.
• Promotional vouchers & discounts are valid only for the period specified in the related promotion.

Returns & Complaints

How does a return work?

You can return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Please follow our return instructions.

Who pays for the return shipping?

In case of withdrawal, the customer bears the return shipping costs. If an item is defective or there was a mistake on our part, we will cover the costs.

What should I do if an item is defective?

Please contact us before returning via our contact form or by phone. We will coordinate the complaint process with you immediately.

Can I order without an account?

Yes, you can also order as a guest. For regular customers, we recommend an account as it simplifies tracking orders and returns.
