Shipping Costs and Shipping Information
We deliver to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, we ship with DHL, FedEx, Deutsche Post or by freight forwarder. You will find the shipping costs in the tables below.
Would you like to order to a different country? Please send us an email to [email protected] before placing your order, stating the item, quantity and delivery address including country and postcode. We will check the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner and let you know at short notice whether we can deliver and at what cost.

International Freight Shipping
Items that must not be tilted (in particular oil compressors) are shipped exclusively by freight forwarder. This is indicated separately on the respective product page. We charge the following surcharge per delivery address:

Deliveries to Countries outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs of money transfers by credit institutions (such as transfer or exchange rate fees) as well as import duties and taxes (such as customs duties).

Paid in Advance by Bank Transfer
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 3 days, stating the payment reference. You will also receive our bank details and the payment reference by email as part of the order process.
For payment by bank transfer, we grant a 2% cash discount on the gross merchandise value of your order. The discount is already applied at checkout. Any bank charges, in particular for international transfers, are borne in full by the customer.
