The brush consists of a synthetic sable hair, which is not comparable to any synthetic on the market. This synthetic is the closest thing to real sable hair without having to pay the high sable price. Synthetic sable is characterized by its ability to absorb color like natural hair. More importantly, the paint flows out of the brush in a controlled manner.
This brush can be used with varnish, urethane and water-based paint.
